Explore the food culture of Vietnam at a 4-hour cooking class in Hoi An. Learn to cook and prepare traditional Vietnamese foods with the help of an expert chef, and visit a local market to discover more about the local produce of the city.
08:00 – 08:30:
Start at Lobby – the meeting point, prepare bicycles, bottles of water.
08:30 – 10:00:
Discover Hoi An Streets by bicycles to Tan An’s colorful food market.
Visit Tan An’s colorful market with our chef (around 1 hour), and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market.
Our chef will explain you the place the market takes in Vietnamese dining culture and how to pick your ingredients.
You will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later.
You will then be brought back to the Hotel to start the cooking class.
10:00 – 12:30:
Our chef will teach you how to make the selected dishes.
Once settled in the workshop, your cook will demonstrate how to prepare some of Hoi An’s best-known dishes, before it’s your turn to roll up your sleeves and follow the step-by-step instructions.
After everything is prepared, relax and enjoy the lunch you created and that you can create again when you get back home.
